Have you tried the Sri Lankan Pancake (known as Hopper) during our breakfast buffet? Wasn’t it amazing? Well, to make things interesting The Fortress F&B team took the traditional pancake, also known as hoppers and made something magical out of it. From green colored hoppers to tandoori hoppers and spicy cheese and chili hopper to ice cream hopper, The Fortress guest now has the opportunity to try the new line of hoppers every Friday night.
