If the guests are compelled to cancel their booking due to one of the following reasons, we will waive off cancellation charges despite the cancellation policy.
Country lockdown in Sri Lanka or the country of origin (documentary proof to be submitted together with the cancellation notification.)
One of the travelers gets positive for Covid-19 (a positive PCR test report to be submitted together with the cancellation notification.)
Government travel advisory/restriction to travel to Sri Lanka (documentary proof needs to be submitted together with the cancellation notification.)
