    W D H Lalith Kumar, Executive Chef

    A Diploma holder in catering and hotel management, he counts over 28 years culinary experience in the domestic and international hospitality industry. During his tenure as Chef, he has worked for more than 15 years in the Hilton chain with training at Hilton Rome. His overseas experience comprise of considerable terms at Kurumba Village Hotel in Maldives and Alpha In-flight Catering Services in Australia. Joined Fortress as the Executive Chef in 2011.
