    W D H Lalith Kumar, Executive Chef

    A diploma holder in catering and hotel management, Kumar counts over 28 years of culinary experience in the domestic and international hospitality industry. During his tenure as Chef, he has worked for more than 15 years with the Hilton chain while training at Hilton Rome. His overseas experience comprises considerable tenures at Kurumba Village Hotel in Maldives and Alpha In-flight Catering Services in Australia. Kumar Joined Fortress as the Executive Chef in 2011.
